Procedure of cut tooth extraction with precise suturing of the wound. Fasten healing, makes further prosthetics and implant application easier.Tooth grounding (usually it is a wisdom tooth) is done under local anaesthesia and with antibiotic integument if there are indications for it. The procedure is based on lancing tunica mucosa above the tooth and exposure of mucosal flap. Next with the help of special cutter the lamina periosteum is removed. After tooth removal the wound is sutured. The procedure usually takes 20-60 min. Sutures are removed after 7days. This procedure is done when teeth are badly damaged by caries or when the tooth can’t erupt correctly and take a proper place in the alveolar arch.
