With the use of the latest, light cured dental materials (composites) we have an opportunity to make very aesthetic fillings. We use so plenty of different shades of filling materials that after a restoration the filling is difficult to distinguish from the healthy tooth structures. In more complicated cases (e.g. breaking the incical angle of the front teeth) we use strenghtening elements, dental root pins, increasing the filling retention.

In the case of extensive decay and major loss of tooth structures we can use inlays or onlays made from a composite material out of the patient's mouth which trully restore occlusal surfaces of molars and premolars.
